Majestic Peaks Custom Homes is owned and operated by Brent and Stephanie Hughes. Brent and Stephanie are both seasoned Civil Engineers, graduates of the University of Manitoba (’86) and Colorado School of Mines (’94) respectively. Brent is Certified and Registered. The Hughes’s provide Lindal Dealer Services for Lindal Cedar Homes all over Western Colorado and neighboring states. Working long distance is a way of life for this dealership. With their extensive experience in design and construction services, a true ‘Design/Build’ approach to each project results in the perfect experience for all of our clients. Just so you are aware, the only way to purchase a Lindal Cedar Home is through an Independent Dealer, so by contacting us you are heading down the correct path. Head Office will direct you to us if you contact them first, which of course we invite as well. The Hughes’s focus and dedication to Lindal Cedar Homes is exceptional – with almost 50 beautiful homes completed in the past 8 years including some very high profile highly photographed homes that you view throughout the Corporate website and Lindal photo blogs. Mr. Hughes has the eye for style, and knows various approaches to meeting the clients intent for the budget desired – thus the success of the design/build approach to each project. As far as project approach, The Hughes’s will provide as much service as you require – from just the Lindal design and material package to full turnkey services. The advantage of the Lindal approach is that we have the ability to budget the entire project ‘prior’ to commitment from the client due to our vast selection of designs and standard pricing system that applies to all of our homes. We also have the ability to provide ‘Turn-Key’ services beyond the borders of Colorado if required. Please call us to discuss. Yes – we work in Telluride, Aspen, Crested Butte, Ridgway, Ouray, Montrose, Grand Junction, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, Basalt, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Steamboat – all the Colorado destinations where you would expect to see us, but we also service neighboring states particularly Arizona, Utah (Moab – Park City), Wyoming, Nebraska and Texas! Lindal Cedar Homes delivers all over the world – and we are pleased to travel to great lengths within the center portion of the US to service our fine customers. Again – full construction services can be provided in most neighboring states. Keep in mind as you look through the photographs and plans, any of the standard plans can be modified to fit your needs and lifestyle or a one-of-a-kind home design can be developed through one of our various cost effective design program.
