Our website has been tested on many different computers, operating systems and browsers, but problems with any web site can still arise with specific configurations. If you are experiencing technical problems, you can contact the webmaster. But before contacting the webmaster by email or post, please read the technical note below.

If you are experiencing a technical problem, email webmaster@lindal.com and please describe: your computer type, your operating system and version, your browser version, your connection speed to the Internet, where on the site you experienced the problem and the nature of the problem. Without that information, we will not be able to correct the problem on our site or tell you what the problem might be.

Operating System:
To find the version of your OS on a MAC, open the apple icon in the top left task bar and select "About this computer." To find the version of your OS on a PC, go to your Start menu, Settings and then Control Panel. Open the System icon and select the General tab. The OS version will be displayed within that window.

Browser Version:
To find your browser version on a MAC, open your browser, open the Apple icon in the top left menu bar and select About [browser name]. To find the version of your browser on a PC, open your browser, select Help, then About [browser name].
