The Lindal Green package specification includes advanced framing, aluminum clad cedar windows, and other resource efficient upgrades.

• Site-Based Designs minimize disturbance to the site and take advantage of the site’s microclimate through careful siting. This is perhaps the most important and fundamental aspect of green building—and, one that is very often overlooked.

• Aluminum clad cedar windows, exteriors that never need refinishing and glazing types to suit every climate and exposure.
• Pre-stained cement board siding, free of knots and defects, provides maximum durability and minimum maintenance.
