Long-time fans of Lindal Cedar Homes will remember the Continental series, good examples of mid-century ranch homes expanding to a split level Lindal design with open ceilings and great rooms.
Appealing to the mid-century modern client, we've designed an updated version of the Continental or Split Level series for those with renewed interest in the homes of that era. Using the Lindal Elements building system, the pleasing yet practical character of this floorplan comes from zoned living activities on different levels. The 2:12 pitch roof enhances all areas of the home but especially the spacious feeling of the entrance and great room on the main level.
Bedrooms, including the master, are located up half a story while family room and storage are located down a level for a total of 2,700 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and family room. The master bedroom includes a private balcony while the great room has another deck with covered porch.
