We’ve added new Lindal Classic home designs that are current, efficient and all Lindal. There was also the need for more smaller pre-designed homes, under 2,000 sq. ft. with all the main living on one level. Every classic Lindal can be designed to include Lindal Signature Products— including custom rail, sunrooms and more—to enhance the design.

The Lindal Prime plans, our most popular designs, have been refreshed with new floor plans that meet today’s lifestyle. This may include larger family kitchens and master bathrooms; more generous closets; re-configured windows. Some of the homes have been reduced in overall size. Other Classic designs have been refined with efficient window configurations and minor construction changes.

Included in the Lindal Prime Plans program are the latest home plans from Turkel Design, chosen by dwell magazine for their Dwell Homes Collection, and by TIME magazine in their 2009 Green Design 100, value-engineered to fit your timeline and budget.
