Small Treasures Home Plan Series
Chalet: A little alpine, a little contemporary, a lot of livability—that's the influence behind Lindal's Chalet homes. This timber frame style evokes the spacious feel of a larger home while staying true to a small footprint. On the main floor, soaring ceiling heights and a wall of windows create open, light-filled living spaces. Some Chalet post and beam homes have a full second floor with dormers: others have a loft that looks out to a two-story living room and the view beyond.

Prow: From snow-flocked ski towns to sun-drenched beach communities, Lindal's Prow homes have become coveted landmarks of the good life. With their steeply pitched roofs and prow fronts of glass, you get a front row seat to panoramic views and an interior with the ever-changing magic of natural light. Prow plans often include a dormer on the second floor, and you can always add another one. These home designs make it easy to add a wing or even two.

Summit: Summit homes make a dramatic statement inside and out. Their signature: a distinctive roof that rises from gently sloping sides to a soaring peak. The prow of glass with post and beam architecture opens the living and dining spaces to floor-to-ceiling views.
