Lindal has come up with an easy three level system that helps you customize your Lindal home to meet your needs. Level 1
These are affordable choices that make a large visual impact. Choose from a wide range of non-structural changes including siding, millwork, windows, doors, hardware, and many other architectural details.
Some changes are as simple as your choice of exterior siding or the addition of accent materials, to reflect both your personal taste and home's setting. This level of personalization is the most affordable and allows for faster delivery.
Level 2
Select a floor plan from many of Lindal's popular plans then add a basement, garage, deck, balcony, or porch to enhance your home. You can move non load-bearing interior walls to open up your living area or create the perfect storage space.
These choices do not alter the footprint, wall height, or roof pitch. Add an entry portico, modify closets, or even move the master bedroom.
- Adding dormers and a Lindal SunRoom or GardenRoom can bring light and warmth into your Lindal dream home.
- Level 2 and 3 include a set of professionally-designed preliminary plans for your approval.
Level 3
Revisions to plans that change the footprint will result in a Level 3 change. Stretch or shrink a portion of the home. Add a wing. Level 3 design changes take a little longer and cost a little more.
Level 3 choices can be made to change the style of a favorite Lindal home plan from Contemporary to Craftsman.
- Use the Lindal module system to add a wing or attached garage to that otherwise perfect house.
- Choose from various standard wall heights that can be changed to create a cozy feeling or soaring ceilings.
- Select from many standard window sizes to alter the window configuration, which can make a large impact on the 'personality' of your home.
beyond Level 3
