driving directions - new for light-rail construction!Due to the construction of the new Link Light Rail project, our office and model homes are now only accessible from the southbound direction of Martin Luther King Blvd. A convenient U-turn route with dedicated light signal has been provided at Norfolk Sreet: From South of Seattle: Take I-5 North. Exit at 157, Martin Luther King Blvd/Boeing Access Road. Go straight through the first light, and make a U-turn at the second light (Norfolk). Enter Lindal Corporate Park on your right. You will see our models at the end of the park. From Seattle and North:Take I-5 South. Exit 158, make a left at first light onto Boeing Access Road/Ryan Way. Take a left at the next light, Martin Luther King Blvd, then make a U-turn at the light at Norfolk St. Enter Lindal Corporate Park on your right. You will see our models at the end of the park.
