Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with Lindal is easy. There's no need to create an account first, as you can enter a password during your order process to set up your account.

 

We'll walk you through the steps of placing your first order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please read our Troubleshooting Tips.

10. Review all Information and Click on “Place Your Order”

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do have a currency converter for Canadian Prices. Just find the Canadian flag at the bottom of the page and click on “Convert to Canadian Prices.” Your final pricing should show in Canadian funds. If you live outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

 

Sales Tax Requirements

All of our promotional material orders are processed and shipped out of our Head Office facilities in Seattle, WA. Therefore, we must charge Sales Tax on orders shipping to Washington State.

 

How Tax Is Calculated

The amount of tax charged is a flat 8.8% on both goods and shipping to any orders with a shipping address of Washington State.

 

Money-Back Guarantee

We hope that you enjoy our Lindal promotional materials and find them useful in planning your dream home. However, if you are not satisfied with the materials, we do offer a money back guarantee. Just ship the materials you do not want back to us and we will credit your account for the cost of the goods only. Regretfully, we cannot credit you for shipping costs of the original item or the return package.

 

Payment Options

Payment Methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept personal checks or money orders (in Canada send Canadian funds). Please send to Lindal Cedar Homes, PO Box 24426, Seattle, WA 98124. Be sure to state what you are ordering.

Shipping within the US:

  • To a Street Address: Standard shipping is FedEx Ground; Air shipping is FedEx 2Day.
  • To a P.O. Box or Military Address: Standard shipping is Parcel Post, Air shipping is Priority Mail.

Shipping outside the US:

  • For Canadian residences:
    • Standard shipping is FedEx International Ground, Air shipping is Global Express Mail.
  • Overseas shipments:
    • Standard/Air shipping is via Global Express Mail.

 

Order Form Troubleshooting

Your business is important to us. If you are receiving an error message or having other difficulties completing our online order form, please read through the suggestions below.

 

Unsure if your order went through? If you entered a correct email address, you should receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not, you can email info@lindal.com with your name, email, phone and the items ordered and we’ll send a verification of your order or contact you by phone.

 

Empty Shopping Cart. If your Shopping Cart is empty or items are missing from it, be sure that you are clicking on the “Add to Cart” button for each item you order.

 

Error message on payment page. Make sure that you have selected the correct credit card type and expiration date from the dropdown boxes. Verify that the credit card number was entered correctly. If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering it into the order form.

 

Promotional code is not accepted. First, be sure that you are entering the promotional code exactly as it appears on your promotional offer, and that the code has not expired. If the code is correct, then it is likely that your order does not meet the qualifications for using the promotional code.

 

Page keeps looping back or is not updating. If you are being looped back to the same page on the order form, or the form is not updating when you make changes, your Web browser may be caching, or storing, an old copy of the page. You can force your browser to update the page by holding down the Shift key on your keyboard and simultaneously clicking the Reload or Refresh button on your browser.

 

Other troubleshooting tips. If your problem is not listed above, it's possible that one of these suggestions may help:

Refresh the page. If a page loads only halfway or takes a very long time to load, clicking the "Stop" button at the top of your browser and then clicking "Reload" or "Refresh" often solves the problem.

Clear your cache. Most Web browsers temporarily store a local copy of every page you visit. Clearing your cache deletes those files and makes room for new ones. Go to the "Cache" or "Temporary Internet Files" option on your browser (on Netscape, go to "Options" and choose "Network Preferences"; if you use Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" and choose "Internet Options"),and delete the files stored in your cache.

  • What point in the ordering process is causing you trouble?
  • If you are receiving an error message, what does it say?
  • What items are you trying to order?
