As the independent Lindal Dealer in New York City, my role is to facilitate your planning experience in close collaboration with another dealer near your building site.
I will guide you through the design process, either personalizing a design from the Lindal Classic or Modern portfolios or creating a one-of-a-kind home. I will provide up-front estimates and work with your on-site dealer to gather all of the pertinent site and regulatory data as well as local construction cost information required for accurate estimating.
As the process progresses, your on-site dealer will work with you to select a general contractor, assist in the permitting process, and be available throughout the construction process.
We will work together as a team to ensure that your Lindal Experience is as enjoyable and respectful of your time and financial resources as possible. There is no additional cost involved. In fact, the efficiency of this process could save you a great deal of time and money.
We’ll work with you to create a home that you will love, that celebrates your site's natural characteristics, that will be well-built, on-time, and on-budget, and will be a joy to live in.
