Everything We Dreamed Of

We would like to express to you our appreciation and delight in our beautiful Lindal Home. It is basically completed now, and is everything we dreamed of.

We are aware that homes of this quality do not just happen but are the result of many years of hard work, and experience by your company, the Lindal Dealer and our builder.

There are so many horror stories going around about building a home in Northern Michigan, and for good reason. But with Lindal our experience was great. We would like to let you know that Lindal Dealer, Harry Tomaszewski “walks on water”. He helped us select the builder, Luke Gingerich, of Golden Rule Construction, who turned out to be everything you could ask for. Between the two of them the home was designed by Harry and constructed by Luke, exactly as we wanted it to be done, a place where our 17 grandchildren could come and enjoy themselves. Harry helped us every step of the way, suggesting ideas in the design and construction process. When the home arrived, he verified everything was there and of Lindal quality. He was always available when a problem or situation occurred and fixed it in a timely manner. We used all of his suggestions and are very satisfied.

We had a problem with the ceiling and wallboards supplied by Lindal, but Harry resolved them as quickly as possible. We had a terrible trauma in July, right when the house was beginning; Barry was operated on for colon cancer. We had to go to Illinois for the surgery and treatment, which left our dealer, Harry and builder to make all the decisions -selecting the things normally done by the owner. We were able to come to Michigan for a couple of months and then left for Florida. Needless to say, our Lindal was finished without us. We love our new home and it is amazing to us that our Lindal home could be just like we wanted without very much input from us.

We are writing this letter to let you know what a wonderful dealer you have, and hope you will do everything you can to support this man and to keep him. We are sure we are not the only people who feel this way. Others have expressed their appreciation to us, but many may not have written to you.
