You’ll deal directly with the owner in the initial consultation, through devising a Preliminary Building Agreement, and hopefully onto a Final Building Agreement and into occupancy of your dream home.

Modern Dwellings is in its second generation of Lindal dealership and its subsidiary, Peppers Construction, has served as general contractor on hundreds of Lindal homes.

Initial contact is best conducted via email pointing toward a Discovery Call which can be by phone, in person, or via Zoom. Once there’s a modestly priced Preliminary Building Agreement, the company gets to work on:

Visiting and evaluating your site
Finalizing your custom design plans
Engaging our selections coordinator in helping you pick out all the interior finishes such as flooring, cabinets, appliances, lighting and so forth.

When your vision is complete, Modern Dwellings presents a line-by-line cost breakdown in a visually rich slideshow. This is your opportunity to refine and adjust details to perfectly balance your preferences and budget.

Justin Peppers knows Lindal Homes from the inside out. That’s because during childhood his father and mother ran Blue Ridge Cedar Homes, the Lindal dealership name before Justin modernized it a few years back.

As a kid, Justin spent weekends and summers on job sites and by age 20 was supervising projects for his father, Manson Peppers. At age 25 Justin became a licensed general contractor and continued in the business both with his father while also branching into other construction projects.

Justin became president of the Lindal dealership in 2016, renaming it Modern Dwellings of Georgia in 2022.

Justin and his wife, Jenn, live in the Atlanta area along with their beautiful daughter. The family enjoys spending time together, vacation get-aways whenever possible, and cheering on the University of Georgia Bulldogs.
