Obviously, before you can build you need a building site. We have licensed real estate agents on staff who can help with finding land and a wide range of other real estate needs. Since we’re so involved with custom home building we tend to look at land a little differently than most real estate agents. That’s why we like to be involved, when possible, even before the land is purchased.

If you already have a building site, that’s okay. We’ll work with you to design a home that meets your needs and works with your land. Again, we’re here to help with every phase of creating your dream home.
