As an independent distributor and longtime builder of Lindal homes, I work closely with Lindal’s corporate office and with you to offer the following services:
- Provide price estimates to build your Lindal home and update as necessary based on design changes and finishing options.
- Modify any existing Lindal home design and floor plan to suit your build site and lifestyle. Or, help you design a custom home from the ground up.
- Offer a free visit to your build site to review your lot for feasibility and determine the best placement of your home.
- Give expert advice on specifications and local regulations, obtaining financing, and more.
- We can work as your general contractor to build your Lindal home through our Crazy Mountain Construction business, or help you find contractors and sub-contractors in your area.
- Serve as your guide and advocate throughout the home design and build process to bring your project to completion on time and on budget.

Meet the Owner
I am Butch Keyes, owner of Crazy Mountain Homes and your local Lindal representative in the Mountain West region. With over 40 years’ experience, we know how to help you create a home you love, at a price you can afford, and designed to last a lifetime.
We take pride in the 80-year Lindal heritage. With over 50,000 homes built by Lindal on almost every continent and in every climate and site location imaginable, there are few if any issues we haven’t dealt with when it comes to home design and construction. Our hallmarks are careful home planning, premium and sustainable building materials, and an efficient, predictable, modern system for design and delivery of your home package. In our office and in the field, we work together as a team. Our goal is to ensure your successful experience through the entire process.
